Cairns Hockey hosts Hawthorn Shield weekend in 2022!
Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th May
Cairns Hockey invited our Under 15 , Under 13 and Under 11 junior hockey families to be involved in representative trials for Hawthorn Shield which will be held in Cairns this weekend.
The turn out across these age groups was spectacular and we thank all the parents and supporters for supporting this program and attending. We also thank the volunteer coaches who were involved as well as our coaching department staff.
Hawthorn Shield will be played in Cairns on the weekend of May 14 and May 15 with teams from Under 11 all the way through to Master’s challenging Townsville Hockey for the Hawthorn Shield in a 2 day spectacular. Come down and check it out!
